三、基本条件
1.遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律,认同中国能建企业文化,具备良好的职业道德和学术风范。
2.专家型人才是指在相关专业领域特别是在科技领域取得一定专业成就的权威人士。其中,专家一般需具备扎实的理论功底和专业技术能力,能解决相关专业领域前沿性、关键性、复杂性问题及难题;高级专家指在前面所述专家素质、资格基础上,进一步掌握了相关专业领域特别是科技领域的核心竞争力,在行业内具备一定的影响力;资深专家则在高级专家基础上,在相关专业领域有较大发明创造或重大革新,在行业内有较强的影响力;首席专家则在资深专家基础上,在相关专业领域特别是科技领域有权威性,处于国际一流水平。不同企业层级的专家、高级专家、资深专家、首席专家的任职条件和要求有所不同。
3.一般应具有博士学位,在国(境)外知名企业、科研院所、高等院校正式工作不少于3年;或从事博士后研究不少于2年。

Experts should have solid theoretical knowledge and high-level of skills with the ability to solve cutting-edge, critical and complex problems in related majors and fields. Advanced experts refer to those who have further mastered the core competitiveness of related major and fields, especially in field of science and technology, and have certain influence in the industry on the basis of the quality and qualification of experts mentioned above.
