一、招聘特色

    2.根据集团岗位序列规定,4、5、6、7级岗位依次相当于集团总部部门正职级、部门副职级、内设机构正职级、内设机构副职级。


三、基本条件

1.遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律,认同中国能建企业文化,具备良好的职业道德和学术风范

2.专家型人才是指在相关专业领域特别是在科技领域取得一定专业成就的权威人士。其中,专家一般需具备扎实的理论功底和专业技术能力,能解决相关专业领域前沿性、关键性、复杂性问题及难题;高级专家指在前面所述专家素质、资格基础上,进一步掌握了相关专业领域特别是科技领域的核心竞争力,在行业内具备一定的影响力;资深专家则在高级专家基础上,在相关专业领域有较大发明创造或重大革新,在行业内有较强的影响力;首席专家则在资深专家基础上,在相关专业领域特别是科技领域有权威性,处于国际一流水平。不同企业层级的专家、高级专家、资深专家、首席专家的任职条件和要求有所不同

3.一般应具有博士学位,在国(境)外知名企业、科研院所、高等院校正式工作不少于3年

4.在国际知名企业担任高层级职务,或者在国际知名高校、科研院所担任相当于副教授以上职务者优先。

5.特别优秀者可适当放宽条件。

 I. Recruiting features

        We are recruiting expert-level talents on a large scale and at a high level. We are looking for senior experts, advanced experts,experts, chief experts etc. Different company levels correspond to different group post levels. The highest rank level can up to the group vice-chief engineer.

        Our recruitment covers a number of frontier development fields such as new energy, energy storage and artificial intelligence(AI).

        Household registration of introduced talents will be located in talent highland of domestic first-tier cities and regional central cities.

 Ⅲ. Basic requirements

1.Candidates must abide by the constitution and the lawidentify with the corporate culture of Energy China and have good professional ethics.

2.Expert-level talents refer to authorities who have achieved certain professional achievements in the related majors or fields particularly in the field of science and technology. Experts should have solid theoretical knowledge and high-level of skills with the ability to solve cutting-edge, critical and complex problems in related majors and fields. Advanced experts refer to those who have further mastered the core competitiveness of related major and fields, especially in field of science and technology, and have certain influence in the industry on the basis of the quality and qualification of experts mentioned above. Senior experts ,on the basis of advanced experts, have achieved major inventions or technological innovations in related majors and technical fields and expertise ranks among the world-class level in the industry. Chief experts, On the basis of senior experts, have authority in related majors and fields, especially in the field of science and technology, and expertise ranks among the world-class level in the industry. Different company levels of experts, advanced experts, senior experts, and chief experts of the job qualifications and requirements are different.

3. Candidates should generally acquire a doctoral degree and have no less than 3 years of formal working experience in well-known enterprises, research institutes and universities overseas.

4. Candidates who hold senior-level positions in internationally renowned enterprises, or hold positions equivalent to associate professor or above in internationally renowned universities or research institutes are preferred.

5.Candidates with extraordinarily excellence may relax the conditions appropriately.
